Shipping & Returns and Exchange

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

RETURN AND REFUND

At Bister we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products with original tags for full refund or exchange within 30 days of order shipment date.

If you need to return an item please contact us with your order number if there are multiple items in your order please specify which one or some you would like to return at: contact@my-bister.com.

Once we confirm your return you will receive a return label via email and follow the steps to proceed:

  1. Print your return label and return authorization (if applicable)

    Tip: Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, don't include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same box.

  2. Add your return label (if applicable) and package your items for return.

Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. If you are shipping a non-hazardous item, completely remove or cover any hazardous materials markings.

Affix the mailing label using clear plastic shipping tape over the entire label and squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.

Take this package to a USPS location. To find your closest USPS location, check the USPS locator or go to www.usps.com.

Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
