  • WHERE WE SHIP TO
    All 50 states including the District of Columbia. (excluding all US Territories)
  • WHEN WILL YOUR ORDERS BE SHIPPED
    All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDERS WILL ARRIVE
    Once your orders are shipped, the notification email with tracking information will be sent, you will be able to track the orders according to the information shipping carriers provided.
  • CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY ORDER THAT I JUST PLACED
    You would be able to cancel the order and get a refund before it is shipped. You could still cancel your order by emailing us at contact@my-bister.com and get a refund.
  • WHY DO MY ORDERS COME IN MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
    Sometimes when you ordered a number of items you would expect to receive them in multiple shipments at different times due to availability. You will be notified by email when your orders will be split.
  • HOW TO RETURN AND GET REFUND
    At Bister we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged products with original tags for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of order shipment date Customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs. Please allow up to three weeks for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
